I fell in love with dance music when I was 14 years old.

While my connection to the music has grown stronger every year, my ability to juggle late nights and all of life’s other responsibilities has become a delicate balancing act. 

If you're here, chances are you're like me - someone who lives and breathes house and techno and the scene that comes with it.

But you also want more out of life than just a good party. Maybe you're trying to balance 7 am afters and personal or professional growth. 

Maybe you’re trying to set boundaries around your social schedule – or reserving late nights for experiences that are truly worth it.

I’m sitting down with some of house and techno’s biggest names to discuss how to be immersed in this crazy lifestyle and still thrive in other areas of your life. 

Throughout these interviews, we’ll cover topics like how to stay sober in the scene, how to build a network that supports all your life goals, how to spot signs of burnout before you hit a creative rut, and how to choose the best festivals and experiences that won’t leave you dopamine depleted. 

We’ll also dip our toes into manifestation, what it means to these artists to manifest success, and how their mindsets help shape their realities.

My promise is that interviews will inspire you to elevate your own life, whatever that means to you. Maybe it’s going after a new passion or career or finally taking that trip to Monaco. 

It could mean finally establishing a morning routine. All pursuits of an elevated lifestyle are valid and celebrated here.
