Using @Cherry Republic baking mix  Preheat oven to 350°F Spray/grease the baking pan Whisk 2 large eggs in a bowl Add in brownie baking mix, 8 TBSP of melted butter Mix and transfer batter into pan Bake for 30-33 min  Cool before cutting Serve and add toppings!
