Doing Odd Jobs Until I’m Employed - Episode 2

First off, let me say THANK YOU for all the support. I got some messages that really made me excited to continue this series and find more jobs to take on.

Saturday and Sunday were probably the most physically taxing so far, since most of the days consisted of 1. moving items and 2. painting rooms. Not just painting the walls, though, but priming and painting the CEILINGS! My back! I had a blast, though and the people who hired me were SO AWESOME! She even added a $30 tip! Definitely plan on doing some more gigs with them in the future.

Also, I know I said “updating the series with every work day”, but on Saturday, I was SPENT! I thought I may as well just combine the weekend. I have one lead for the rest of the week, but after that I got zilch until maybe mid July. Will definitely be on the hunt.

As for j*b empl*yment, still applying! LOL. There just aren’t enough job boards. I plan on using the days I don’t have gigs to do more projects for my portfolio and this account. One of the main reasons I want a job so bad is so that I know how to streamline projects easier. For example, this video took like 7 exports to get right.
