What I learned on my mat this week pt. 49473 

Sometimes life leaves you wondering “why” and I think that alone can lead to years of suffering trying to work up an answer that satisfies our ego 

So I practice Ishvara Pranidhana surrender to the Divine. When there is no answer to “why” we must surrender to find freedom of suffering 

I am no where close to mastering this but I do know it’s bringing me peace #yoga #ishvarapranidhana #surrender #yogaflow
