Today we welcomed Brother Kevin White to UNC Charlotte! Brother White, a Fall 2021 initiate of the Evanston (IL) Alumni Chapter, joins the Niner Nation family as the new Athletic Director. Assuming the top role in the athletic department, he becomes the first African American to hold this position.

Alongside our undergraduate brothers stood Brother Dr. Kevin Bailey, Charlotte (NC) Alumni Spring ’93, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, and Brother Dontá Wilson, Zeta Delta Spring ’97, Chair of the University’s Board of Trustees.

We congratulate Brother White on this historic appointment and look forward to the leadership, vision, and excellence he will bring to charlotte49ers ♦️
