## Caption

I started my day feeling anxious and if you know anything about anxiety, it is oftentimes irrational and neglects the physical evidence right in front of you. 

Today I remembered this audio and trend and decided it would actually be a good exercise for me to do this morning. I walked around my home identifying necessities that I am thankful for and it worked — the anxious feelings lessened. 

Here are a few other things I am thankful for 🙌🏽

- The hubs yinka.oh ( He was not in proper attire to make the video cut) 🤣
- Carmen (my Car) 😂
- Supportive family (truly a blessing)
- My pups, Cream and Cocoa 🐶🐶
