“If God hasn’t clarified it, it’s not RIGHT NOW!”

Often times we feel a burden or weight to do something, but we don’t know WHAT! It’s frustrating because we feel disobedient for not doing whatever it is, all because we simply DON’T KNOW! 

One day I was in prayer about this exact issue, and the Lord spoke to me so clear. He said, “If you don’t know what to do right now, then it’s not RIGHT NOW! If I haven’t given you proper clarity, then I haven’t given you the green light.” 

That set me free! I always felt like God wanted me to do something different with PCM, but I just couldn’t articulate what that was FOR THE LIFE OF ME! And I felt disobedient for not acting on the weight I felt, then God gave me immense clarity 2 weeks ago and I ACTED!

It made sense to me then. God will not judge you for acting on something he didn’t give you clarity for. However, He will chastise you for not acting on the clear STEPS he gives you. (Start this Bible study, call your mom and apologize, volunteer for a group at church, write a chapter a day for your book, go to the gym etc.) 

You don’t need to know EVERYTHING to move, you just need to know SOMETHING. And that something is usually a small step. 

And when you know NOTHING, but you have a FEELING or BURDEN about something on the horizon, he’s simply prepping you for the next step he will tell you. 

Don’t think too hard and don’t beat yourself up! God will NEVER make a fool out of you! His ways will ALWAYS work for your good!
