No, I haven’t hacked Adela’s account – she’s handed it to me for a little takeover today.

That's me in the video.

I was on the cover of the Yorkshire Post magazine 10 days ago. I'm holding the magazine not quite believing I’m in 3 pages of it AND the cover!!!).

I wanted to share this with you because NEVER in a million years did I ever think I would be featured somewhere, let alone on the COVER of a magazine!!

I’m an introvert and I assumed people that get press coverage are more famous or better connected than me.

And then I met Adela.

She taught me how to pitch effectively and that we all have a collective responsibility to make the media more interesting and inclusive...

...that people who get featured anywhere get there because they asked to be there.

I used Adela's strategies and landed this cover and feature on my 1st pitch.
