It’s been said that Eric Lindros didn't enjoy hockey because he was a great player, but that he was a great player because he enjoyed hockey.

Eric Lindros was drafted first overall in the 1991 #NHLDraft. Over his 13-season NHL career, Lindros put up 865 points in 760 games including 372 career goals. He was the winner of the Hart Memorial Trophy and Ted Lindsay Award in 1994-95 after recording 70 points in 46 games that season. 

Eric Lindros played in six #NHLAllStar games during his career and was inducted into thehockeyhalloffame in 2016. On January 18, 2018, the philadelphiaflyers retired his No. 88.
