Are you a beginner, or adult dancer, looking for additional training? Joffrey Ballet School offers three Beginner Intermediate Ballet OPEN CLASSES every week!⁠

The Beginner-Intermediate level is for dancers with 2-3 years of Ballet training. Beginner-Intermediate is the bridge between Beginner and Intermediate. At this level, dancers expand on the foundations set in Basic and Beginner Ballet classes. The class will continue to fine-tune the basic positions, posture and alignment, while introducing more advanced steps both at the barre and in the center. Exercises will focus on increasing speed and complexity, coordination of arm and leg movements, and developing strength in the lower body.⁠

Also, join us for our Decoding Ballet workshop with faculty member Annastasia Mercedes! ⁠The workshop meets once a week on Tuesdays from 7:00pm-8:30pm at the Joffrey Ballet School Manhattan studios. This 5 Week session starts April 14th 2026 - May 12th 2026. ⁠
