First week here in Salzburg has flown away⤵️
- Every day in the 3-5 degree Lake Fushelsee
- Lots of valuable insights to my training and recovery + longevity as an athlete 
- Visiting the HQ 🏎️💨
- Partaking in the planning of Gym Clash 2026 workshop in king.kong.club 
- Social run and speak with the on crew here at hoteljakob 👏

Let’s see what next week brings, before I have to head back to Copenhagen to prep for HYROX Cph in 2 weeks 🚀
