Happy with the time. Still tons of room for improvement in both race day execution and my prep. But I’ll take it. Beat my first marathon time by 33 minutes. 

I now respect hills more than ever. They got the best of me today. 

My girl emmymedders came in clutch. Best water bottle hander outer the world’s ever seen. 

Next up NYC Hyrox with my dog jacksonrmitchell. Flying to ATX next weekend to prep, strategize, and catch up 👌
