FedEx says refunds are coming

FedEx says if it gets money back from tariffs the U.S. Supreme Court just ruled illegal, it will return that money to customers and shippers who paid those charges.

The company filed suit to recover costs from tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
The Supreme Court ruled those tariffs were unlawful.

More than 1,000 companies are now trying to get money back.

If refunds are issued, FedEx says they will pass them on to the people and businesses who originally paid them.

Timeline and process?
Still unclear — courts and the federal government have to figure out how refunds would actually work.
