✔️ Brain fog + low motivation → bupropion (Wellbutrin)
✔️ Panic attacks & extreme nervousness → sertraline
✔️ Can’t sleep + low appetite → mirtazapine
✔️ OCD tendencies → fluoxetine or paroxetine
✔️ Social anxiety → escitalopram or citalopram
