da guide:

1. Film your footage
2. Move around a little bit to enable some depth, but keep cam STEADDYYY!
3. In Aftereffects, add the effect “3D Camera Tracker” and click “create camera”. Now, your scene is tracked in 3D.
4. Add your polaroids and turn on the 3D Layer (see video!)
5. Precomp by right clicking your polaroids and selecting that option, and add your videos/images you want to go inside your polaroid. Exit out back into the main video.
6. Please blend your footage a bit better with the environment by adding Lumetri effects (it’s an Effect) to the polaroid layer.
7. For a better effect -> add a gaussian blur to certain areas of the environment, so you can focus on the polaroid. I like to add it behind the polaroid when the polaroid zooms close to the camera, so only the polaroid is clear and the background is blurred.

the way I saw explore_create_capture post the same effect a few days ago, love his videos :)
