As we close out #BlackHistoryMonth, we reflect on the importance of representation and belonging in mentorship.💚 Nearly 65% of our Littles are BIPOC youth, with one-third identifying as Black or African American. Big Brothers Big Sisters is dedicated to recognizing, affirming, and celebrating the unique backgrounds and experiences of the youth we serve, along with their families and communities.
