・2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
・½ oz Dry Vermouth
・½ oz Lavender Syrup
・2 Dashes of Grapefruit Bitters
・Grapefruit Twist, to garnish

METHOD: Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Rub the rim with a grapefruit peel, and garnish. Enjoy!
