Ingredients:

-1.5 oz. Empress Gin
-1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
-0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
-0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
-1 Egg White (Optional- this creates the foam layer. For a vegan alternative use 1/2 oz. chick pea juice)
-Angostura bitters and edible flowers for garnish
