## Caption

Dreaming of spring days and a glass of prosecco punch in hand 🥂🌸✨

Ingredients (serves about 4 glasses):
* 4 oz. Elderflower liqueur
* 3 oz. Dragon fruit simple syrup
* juice of 1/2 grapefruit
* juice of 1/2 orange
* juice of 1 lemon
* juice of 1 lime
* 1 & 1/2- 2 cups prosecco
* top with club soda (about 1 cup, but feel free to add more to dilute sweetness)
* serve in a glass over ice, or as is in a chilled glass
Dragon fruit simple syrup:
1. Combine 1 cup water with 1 tbs. Dragon fruit powder
2. Combine dragon fruit water with 1 cup of sugar, then bring to a boil
3. Once boiling, give it a stir then remove from heat
4. Let the mixture thicken for 5-10 minutes, then store in a jar once completely cooled
