- 11/2 c long grain rice (washed)
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 3 c whole milk
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (i didn’t add)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
