🦃 This holiday season marks the third year the Newark Division of rutgers_pd, the Muslim American Law Enforcement Association maleausa, and law enforcement partners statewide have joined forces to bring hope and support to our local communities.

🤝 Together, they packaged nearly 600 care bags filled with non-perishable foods to help families in need during this special time of year, with generous support from goyafoods

🚓 RUPD helped coordinate volunteers from across our campus whose time, effort, and love made this possible. A special donation was also given to our campus pantry, Pantry+ at RU–N, to support members of our Raider Family.

💌 A heartfelt THANK YOU to every volunteer and the ENTIRE Newark Division of RUPD who continue to put in the work to ensure our community is safe, cared for, and well supported, to MALEA President Lt. Kamil Warraich for your steadfast commitment, to Goya Foods for your incredible generosity, to the Golden Dome Athletic Center for hosting the packing event, and to chancellortonyasmithjackson for your continued support.
