❤️✨ Led by the Newark Division of rutgers_pd, this year’s Winter Blessing Drive was a heartfelt way to close out yet another year built on community.

Nearly 1,000 toys were distributed to newarkpublicschools, children, parents, and local organizations across the city. In addition, approximately 200 care kits were delivered to shelters, along with dozens of coats and winter essentials.

This effort reached every corner of Newark and would not have been possible without the incredible collaboration of our partners at NJIT Public Safety njitdps, NJ Transit Police, and the many Newark schools who continue to welcome and supported this initiative. Endless teamwork. Endless heart. 🥹❤️🤍

This is what our city is all about… love, togetherness, and always showing up for each other ❤️🫂🏙️
