Global Punjabi music sensation Karan Aujla has created history by becoming the first solo Indian-origin artist to attract over 75,000 fans to a single-day concert. The sold-out performance at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, produced and promoted by Team Innovation, now stands as the second highest-attended single-day concert in India after Coldplay. The achievement cements Aujla’s position as India’s highest-selling live event Punjabi act and signals a significant shift in the country’s live entertainment landscape, where homegrown artists are commanding unprecedented stadium-scale audiences.
 
 The concert marked the India debut of the P-POP CULTURE Tour, following its successful Middle East premiere, and delivered an international-grade 360-degree spectacle. The production featured a 50-foot-high main stage with a C-Stage, pop-up stage lifts, zipline entries, IMAX-style LED screens, synchronized drone visuals and large-scale pyrotechnics.
 
 Building on the success of Aujla’s 2024 It Was All A Dream India Tour, which drew over 200,000 fans and generated $15 million in revenue, the 11-city P-POP CULTURE India Tour 2026 is projected to attract over 500,000 attendees and generate approximately $30 million nationwide. The tour is expected to create more than 100,000 short-term jobs across venue operations, security, hospitality and logistics. With ticket prices ranging from INR 999 to INR 15,00,000 on District by Zomato across categories including Fanpit, VIP, General Access, VVIP Tables, King Of Good Times Lounge and HSBC Starstruck P-POP Pit, the tour reflects both the scale and economic impact of India’s rapidly expanding concert ecosystem.
