2️⃣ Fully reclined in a beach chair… providing moral support from a safe distance.😎⁠
3️⃣ The overachiever who does both…workout then lounge, they earned it 💁🏼‍♀️⁠

If the kids are with me, then I’m usually “sleeping in” (up by 8 am) and head straight to breakfast. When they were really little sleep and playing with them was my workout. Now that they are older, I don’t mind an occasional yoga or pilates class. If the kids aren’t with me, then I love a class before breakfast! 😉🧘🏼‍♀️⁠
