Derby since 2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣1️⃣ Founder. Captain. Commitee Chair. General Manager. Referee. And this weekend, first-time (real) coach.

I've filled in at a mashups over the years, stepped up when injuries pulled me off the track, but this was different. yallhallamensrollerderby A and B trusted me with something special and I didn't take that lightly.

Was I nervous? Yes. Did I lose an official review or two? Also yes 😅 Did I lose my voice after Day 1? Completely. No pressure or anything. Did I have an amazing, slightly sweaty, wonderfully stressful time? 💯  Did I have the time of my life coaching the most talented humans in the sport? WITHOUT A DOUBT. 🙌

Thank you Y'allhalla for letting me be part of your journey this weekend. I learned a ton and I cannot WAIT to watch you destroy Clover Cup 🍀 and everything after it. ❤️🖤
