+ 4 roma tomatoes
+ 1 zucchini
+ 1 head of garlic
+ 1 tbsp olive oil
+ 1/2 tsp salt
+ 1 cup of bone broth
+ 1 cup of cottage cheese or block of feta
+ You could really load up anything here: tomatoes, onion, even broccoli works!
