👩‍🍳 About: Zucker’s Bagels & Smoked Fish is a New York City bagel shop with seven locations across Manhattan’s most iconic neighborhoods. The shop was founded in 2007 by Matt Pomerantz in Tribeca, who set out to deliver a classic NYC bagel experience with artisan bagels, premium smoked fish, and high-end coffee. Almost 20 years later, we still make bagels early every morning the old-fashioned way: hand-rolled and kettle-boiled, using natural unbromated and unbleached flours for the most authentic flavor. And, of course, generously seeded on both sides – no skimping allowed. With high-quality ingredients sourced directly from a roster of incredible vendors, our signature sandwiches are what keeps our customers coming back again and again.
