🎩🍀🌈St. Patrick’s Day Rice Krispies Treats ✨☘️

If you need a super easy St. Patty’s Day snack/treat, this is your sign to make Lucky Charms x Rice Krispies. ZOMG so good! … especially the extra marshmallows (obviously the best part).

What you need:
• Butter 4 TBSP
• Big marshmallows bag
• Rice Krispies cereal 6 cups 
• Lucky Charms marshmallows 1 cup 
• Fun festive sprinkles

Melt the butter + marshmallows (hot tip: I used the microwave and it was SO much easier, faster, and cleaner 🙌 (15 seconds for butter and 1:30 min for the marshmallows ), stir in the Rice Krispies, then fold in those magical Lucky Charms marshmallows and top with sprinkles. Press into a pan, let set, and slice into gooey, marshmallow-packed squares of happiness.

And I’m telling you right now — I will never not make Rice Krispies in the microwave again. Absolute game changer…. It makes the perfect rice crispy that you always get when you’re in a bakery, but can never re-create at home. Not to mention it’s so easy to clean up . Also, the reason I use parchment paper because there is no cleanup hardly at all when you’re done with this project and usually we are a sticky mess ☘️💚
