✔ Perimenopausal mood swings → Fluoxetine
✔ Migraines + low mood → Venlafaxine XR. The long acting version matters.
✔ Concerned about weight gain → Bupropion
✔ High irritability → Sertraline or Fluoxetine. Not bupropion.
