Ingredients:
Juice from 1 lime
Handful fresh cherries
Ice cubes
Sparkling water

Lime slice and mint sprig, to garnish

Directions:
1. In fancy-schmancy cocktail glass, squeeze in lime juice.
2. Add a few cherries and muddle into lime juice.
