If the beautiful stream of social media showing our brothers and sisters in Israel celebrating Purim under less-than-ideal circumstances has taught us anything, it’s that the show — or in this case, the chag — must go on.

Todah rabah to our students, faculty, and staff who arrived today in their Purim best, bringing joy, colour, and ruach to our tanenbaumchat hallways. Hearing the Megillah — recounting the Jewish victory over persecution in ancient Persia — felt especially meaningful this year. We continue to pray for peace and brighter days ahead.
