## Caption

Girl Scout cookie season is upon us, and this Samoas cocktail is worth celebrating.🍪🍸

Ingredients:
• 2 oz. coconut vodka
• 2 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
• .75 oz. chocolate liqueur
.5 oz. caramel shortbread simple syrup
• top with caramel shortbread cold foam
• melted chocolate to drizzle
• caramel coated coconut flakes

Caramel Shortbread Simple Syrup:

1. Combine 1 tbs. caramel sauce, 2 shortbread cookies, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 cup water in a pot.

2. Bring to a boil and stir until combined.

3. Remove from heat then let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

4. Once cooled, strain and store in an air tight container for 10-12 days.

Caramel Shortbread Cold Foam:

1. Combine 2 tsp. of caramel shortbread simple syrup with 2 oz. cold heavy whipping cream.

2. Mix with a frother or electric hand mixer until slightly thick.

3. To serve, slowly pour onto cocktail using the back of a bar spoon to create a clean layer.
