1 pound flank steak, or filet mignon
5 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
5 cloves garlic minced or grated
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Aji Amarillo paste
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 red onion sliced into ½ inch wedges
3 roma tomatoes seeds removed and sliced into ½ inch wedges
Sliced scallions
Oil for cooking
Cooked French fries + rice for serving

Aji Verde

3 cloves garlic
2 jalapeño
cilantro
sour cream
mayo
oil
salt
lime juice (i only had lemon)
cotija cheese
