𝐄𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳 and 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐧 are headed to the NCAA Women's Wrestling Championships in Coralville, Iowa! 🏅 

Emily (110 lb) is a graduate student from Othello, Washington. She has been named to the All-GLVC Second Team and received Jewell's GLVC James R. Spaulding Sportsmanship Award.

Alex (117 lb), a junior from Woodland Hills, California, is a three-time nationals qualifier and earned All-America honors last year with a 7th-place finish at nationals. Last week she received All-GLVC Third Team honors.
