In shocking body cam footage, Old Bridge zoning board member Patricia Testaverde threatens to call ICE on a tree crew working at her neighbors house.

She said the crew's truck was blocking part of her driveway for 50 minutes while she was waiting on contractors for a bathroom renovation.

“I’m the victim here,” Testaverde said. “That’s the God’s honest truth.”
