Entering my sports mom era looks like Jaxson at soccer, Harper at swim, and me refusing to put my own goals on pause. 

I’m learning that juggling all the hats isn’t about doing everything perfectly, it’s about being intentional with the pockets of time we have. So, while he’s on the field, I’m studying for my Pilates teacher training with neupilates.

I am LOVING this certification program so far. It goes deep into anatomy, fascia, movement science, nervous system regulation, and how our thoughts and emotions actually show up in the body. It’s truly reshaping the way I think about movement and teaching.

The training includes:
-anatomy & postural analysis
-mat & reformer repertoire
-fascia integration
-physical-therapy inspired cueing
-nervous system regulation techniques
-group class sequencing and private instruction sequencing 

So yes…I’m fully in my sports mom era, but I’m also in my build-the-next-version-of-myself era. We can show up for them… AND still show up for ourselves.

In true Allison fashion, I’m already starting to plan my Pilates launch event once I finish certification. Who’s coming?? 👀
