Halleloo, itsshangela is here to werk the dance floor! This morning (September 8) the #RuPaulsDragRace and #WereHere legend was revealed as one of the cast members for Dancing with the Stars (#DWTS) Season 31. #Shangela will be the first drag entertainer to compete and dance on the U.S. version of the show, and her dance partner will be #GlebSavchenko. “I’ve never been in a ballroom before in this particular setting,” #Shangela said on gma. “So I just want to show up for the moment, show up for everyone who ever felt like they were on the outskirts, that didn’t feel seen, and baby, here we are and we will be seen.” Will she snatch the mirrorball trophy? Tune in on Sept. 19 for the season premiere on disneyplus to find out! Can we get a halleloo?
