Let me introduce you to the notorious_lift ronin lifters, the best squat heel in the game. I love the wider toe box (as someone with wider feet). I also love the traction these shoes have as my feet NEVER EVER slip while benching or squatting.

Personally I love these shoes for bench as they allow me to optimize my leg drive which leads to a bigger bench :)
