The filling is made with ground turkey, cabbage, carrots, garlic, and green onions, then wrapped in rice paper and pan-fried until perfectly crispy.

Ingredients

Filling
• 1 lb ground turkey
• ½ small green cabbage, shredded
• 1 medium carrot, grated
• ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
• 5 green onions, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, grated or pressed
• 1 tbsp neutral oil
• ½ tsp chicken bouillon
• 1 tbsp soy sauce (plus more to taste)
• ½ tbsp sesame oil
• Salt to taste

Wraps
• 14–18 rice paper sheets
• Sesame seeds (optional)
• Oil or spray for pan-frying

Instructions
	1.	Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet. Add cabbage, carrot, and red onion with a pinch of salt and sauté about 5 minutes.
	2.	Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
	3.	Stir in garlic, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, sesame oil, and green onions. Cook another 1–2 minutes. Let the filling cool completely.
	4.	Dip one rice paper sheet in warm water for a few seconds. Place on a flat surface and add about ½ cup filling. Fold the sides inward to form a square.
	5.	Dip a second rice paper sheet and wrap again to double seal. Press sesame seeds onto one side if desired.
	6.	Pan-fry in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
