Recently speaking with comicbookctrl, Ernie Hudson was asked if he’d return for another Ghostbusters sequel, admitting he’d happily reprise the role of Winston Zeddemore, but would joke that the studio has sometimes assumed his return before he’s even been asked.

“Whenever they announce, ‘Oh, we’re gonna do another Ghostbusters, we have Ernie Hudson,’ I go, ‘Nobody’s talked to Ernie Hudson.’ I think I’m so easy. ‘We don’t know about Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, or Sigourney Weaver, but Ernie’s here.’ I’m in.”
