The focus of my keynote was about the humility to accept errors and use them as data to improve.

In the cockpit of a complex Formula E racecar, every little mistake or near-miss isn’t defeat—it’s the opportunity to learn and improve. 

Top drivers dissect errors with brutal precision, recalibrating their edge through relentless correction. This is resilience forged in velocity: not blind grit, but a systematic rewrite of flaws into fuel.

Apply it to your field: Error-correcting isnt  as much appreciated as it should; to say the least,  it’s the algorithm of evolution. Spot the glitch, fix the code, move harder. Life’s track demands the same—no excuses, just upgrades.
