LAST WEEK IN LISBON, our #HavasNextGen leaders came together for part two of the executive development program, and it was all about stepping into leadership with intention.
 
From peer coaching to powerful guest perspectives, and from tough conversations to shared meals, the week was about blending deep skill building with real human connection. 
 
Next up: taking their insights back to their agencies before reconvening in May to close out the journey together.
