Houston, I just tried some of the best ramen I’ve had in a while and I had to put y’all on 🫶

Right now tsujitatx is featuring Madai, a Japanese sea bream flown in from Ainan, Japan. It’s a very special fish with a light, citrusy flavor… como limoncito. Honestly, it was divine.

The Ainan Fair menu is only here until the end of the month, and you can try the madai a few different ways:

Madai Ramen – Rich broth with tender madai and ramen noodles. Tsukemen is the dipping style where you dip the noodles into the broth.

Madai Kama Meshi – A Japanese rice pot cooked with madai, savory and full of flavor.

Tai Nanban Bun Bang – Soft steamed buns with crispy fish, creamy sauce, and fresh toppings.

Everything was incredible. If you love ramen or seafood, this is definitely one to try in Houston.
