Caramel:
1 cup sugar

Flan:
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
5 eggs
1 block cream cheese

Bake in a water bath at 350 for 90 minutes. Rest 1 hour on counter, and then at least 2 in fridge.
