The 27th Art & Soul festival triumphantly returned in person in February 2023. With “Kings and Queens” as its theme, more than 70 Black Indianapolis artists energized audiences through performances and exhibitions across multiple venues, including the Indianapolis International Airport, celebrating the richness, excellence, and ongoing influence of African American art in Indy.
