Two comfort foods combined into one is our kinda easy weeknight dinner 🤫 ⁠
⁠
1 pouch Proper Good Mac & Cheese⁠
2 slices bread⁠
Butter⁠
3 tbsp or so shredded cheese ⁠
2 slices of cheese⁠
⁠
🧀Heat the mac & cheese according to package instructions.⁠
🧀Heat butter on medium heat and add both slices of bread. ⁠
🧀Add the cheese on both slices and the mac & cheese on one of the slices. ⁠
🧀Combine and cook in a pan over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.⁠
 🧀Slice and enjoy!!⁠
