I hope he makes it 🤞🙏 This is the crazy story about Mexican actor Cristo Fernández 🇲🇽, aka “Dani Rojas” in Ted Lasso, giving his real-life futbol dream one last shot. ⚽️ The 35-year-old is currently on trial with USL-club El Paso Locomotive FC 🇺🇸, as the club decides whether to offer him a pro deal. 😯 When Fernández was a teenager he played semi-pro ball in Mexico 🇲🇽, and when he was 22 he temporarily played professionally in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 before turning to acting full time.
