Recipe ⬇️
Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 mins or until golden and crispy
2 rolls of puff pastry (cut into 8 equal rectangles)
1 jar of strawberry desert topping (11.75 Oz)
1 egg + 2 tbsp cold water for egg wash 

Strawberry icing: 
2 Cups powdered sugar 
3.5 tbsp cold milk 
1.5 tbsp strawberry topping 

Regular icing:
2 Cups powdered sugar 
3.5 tbsp cold milk 
Rainbow sprinkles 

Strawberry crunch topping: 
10-12 shortbread cookies (or however many you like)
1/2 oz freeze dried strawberries
2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
