Egg. Made using empress1908gin beautifully botanical Elderflower & Rose Gin. Combined with lime, coconut, mango, honey and strawberry to create a sunny side up day no matter where you may be! 🍳 watch the full video for a how to on making your own ice egg and follow the recipe below for a stunning cocktail you will be serving on repeat all spring! 
1.5 OZ Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
1 OZ Fresh Lime Juice
1 OZ Honey Syrup
1 OZ Coconut Milk
Toasted Coconut & honey, for rim
Dip the rim of a coupe glass in honey. 
Dip the rim in the toasted coconut until coated. Add Empress Elderflower Rose Gin, lime juice, honey syrup, coconut milk and ice to the shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain into prepared coupe glass. Garnish with coconut & mango egg ice.
