Mobile is getting a new minor league hockey team owned by Zawyer Sports and Entertainment. Andrew Kaufman, the CEO of the company, said the name, logo, and ticketing information will be revealed at an epic event in June. Like car washes and self-storage facilities, new and expanding data centers have joined Birmingham's strike list. The Birmingham City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to halt any applications for new or expanding data centers within city limits. In Mayor Woodfin news, he's already had to walk back plans on his "oasis" for the homeless that we reported on last week.
